Study and render the hand of help in the matters of marine biota; provide advice on the management fish farms, including fish selecting, breeding and feeding; and develop methods for increasing the productivity and return.
Main Tasks:
Collect and analyze the data and samples related to factors affecting fishes, including the circumstances of feeding and water; analyze the quality; and identify the potential areas of interest or improvement.
Understand the behavior of fishes; study the patterns of fish breeding, feeding and migrating; and understand the impact of various environmental factors.
Study the impact of various methods of production; and prescribe the possible ways of improving the productivity, such as the improvement of water and food conditions.
Provide fish breeders with advice on solving any problems related to marine biota and the best practices in the field of marine biota production; and educate the breeders on the compliance with the HSE regulations.
