Develop the strategies, policies, instructions and procedures related to environment control and protection; prepare the standards of control and protection; satisfy the requirements of environment protection; and prepare the specialized documents and reports related to work outcomes.
Main Tasks:
Prepare the strategies, policies, instructions and procedures related to environment control and protection, such as: strategy of household and industrial water treatment and policies of household and industrial waste disposal; and follow-up-on their approval and implementation.
Study, identify and prepare the national standards and specifications related to environment control and protection, such as: air, water and soil pollutants, radiation levels, ozone layer and climatic change.
Prepare the specifications of devices utilized in the environmental control and protection, such as: The devices for measuring the pollution of air, water and radiations; follow up their availability and operation; and ensure their readiness.
Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the technical developments.
Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on the relevant database, the specialized documents and reports related to the field of environment protection, including the produced results, as per the approved policies and procedures.
