214101 - Industrial Engineer
Conduct studies on the production processes and administrative procedures; plan the use of facilities, equipment, materials and human resources for promoting the efficiency of production processes; and prepare the specialized documents and reports related to work outcomes.
Main Tasks:
Study the functions and organizational structures of administrative units, information and data on the project for unveiling the areas of duplication regarding roles and tasks; develop the programs and KPIs; and analyze the samples for developing standards for the optimal use of equipment.
Analyze the extent and effectiveness of benefiting from personnel efforts; and study the distribution plan of factory equipment and operational data, such as: production cost, the course of production process and production schedules for assessing how efficient the equipment and personnel are employed.
Develop methods that aim at improving personnel efficiency; control the use of materials and equipment; and follow-up-on the execution of such methods.
Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the technical developments.
Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on the relevant database, the specialized documents and reports related to engineering works and processes outcomes, as per the adopted policies and procedures.
