214102 - Production Engineer
Plan and coordinate the activities and procedures of production at an industrial site; prepare the production programs; develop the technologies of production and products; and prepare the specialized documents and reports related to work outcomes.
Main Tasks:
Prepare the production plans and programs; organize the sequence of operation and production processes; determine the quantity and quality of production; and ensure the quality of processes and that the product is in conformity with the specifications.
follow up and develop the production techniques, through introducing methods, production lines and equipment for promoting the productive efficiency and increasing outputs; study the production challenges; and find the appropriate solutions for them.
Prepare the preventive maintenance programs for factory machinery and equipment, according to the manufacturer instructions.
Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the technical developments.
Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on the relevant database, the specialized documents and reports related to engineering projects and works, as well as their progress ratio, as per the adopted policies and procedures.
