Study the structure and characteristics of earth; and conduct the related researches.
Design the works of drilling and foundations for the constructional projects; and identify the materials and quality standards.
Provide support to the engineering projects; supervise the foundations construction; and set the timetables and cost estimates.
Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the technical developments.
Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on the relevant database, the specialized documents and reports related to engineering projects and works, as well as their progress ratio, as per the adopted policies and procedures.
