214502 - Technical Chemical Engineer Execute and develop the processes and procedures of chemical manufacturing; implement the programs of operating the units of manufacturing and producing chemical products; execute the preventive maintenance programs for the equipment; follow up their execution; and prepare the specialized documents and reports related to work outcomes.
Main Tasks:
Study the processes of chemical manufacturing, such as: polymerization, hydrogenation, oxidation, crystallization, evaporation and distillation; follow up the operational conditions, such as pressure, temperature, flow in production units; and participate in seeking methods that guarantee the development of production processes and improvement of product quality.
Execute the programs of operating the chemical products manufacturing units; prepare the executive plans; and follow up their implementation.
Prepare preventive maintenance programs for the chemical products manufacturing units and equipment, as per the manufacturer instructions; and follow up the execution procedures.
Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the technical developments.
Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on the relevant database, the specialized documents and reports related to engineering projects and works, as well as their progress ratio, as per the adopted policies and procedures.
