222101 - Nurse Specialist
Prepare, follow up the execution of, and follow up the nursing care plan; record the vital signs; take the necessary samples for conducting lab testing; prescribe the medicines, drugs and pharmaceuticals as instructed by the attending physician; and document the nursing procedures and activities presented to the patient in the medical record.
Main Tasks:
assess the patient’s health status; collect, document and analyze, the data from the patient and their relatives; identify the patient need of care; prepare the nursing care plan; follow up its execution; and evaluate its results.
Take the patient’s vital signs, blood, urine and stool samples from the patient to conduct laboratory tests, as instructed by the attending physician; follow up sending these samples to the lab; obtain the results; and notify the attending physician.
Administer the medications, drugs, pharmaceuticals and intravenous solutions, as instructed by the attending physician; and participate in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the developments in methods of nursing and nursing care.
Document the nursing activities and procedures provided to the patient in the medical history; and ensure the application of the public safety rules and principles, when carrying out various nursing works and processes.
