Provide the critical care to children; prepare the nursing care plan to the critical pediatric condition; follow up its execution and evaluation; record the vital signs, take the necessary samples for conducting the lab testing; prescribe the medicines, drugs and pharmaceuticals as instructed by the attending physician; and document the nursing procedures and activities provided to patient in the medical record.
