Collect the data on the pregnant woman; prepare and execute the nursing care plan; prepare the pregnant woman for giving birth; execute the natural childbirth; follow up the condition of the mother after delivery; prepare the vaccination programs to the mothers and children; and document the nursing procedures and activities provided to patient in the medical record.
Main Tasks:
Collect data about the pregnant woman, check the pregnant woman and fetus before delivery, and prepare a comprehensive care plan for the pregnant woman, follow up its execution and evaluation.
Prepare the pregnant woman for delivery, follow up her health condition before, during and after delivery, give medicines and drugs.
Check the delivery room, equipment and devices required for the delivery operation; monitor the pregnant woman condition within the delivery room; perform the natural childbirth; participate with the medical team in performing the caesarean; and prepare the vaccination program.
Develop work methods and procedures, and keep pace with the developments regarding midwifery and nursing methods and care.
Document the nursing activities and procedures provided to the pregnant in the medical history; ensure the application of the public safety rules and principles, when carrying out various nursing works and processes; and ensure the application of the public safety rules and principles, when carrying out various works of birth delivery.
