Study the types of drugs and their composition and side effects; study the diseases and their causes; identify the appropriate treatments; study the medical conditions; advise the doctor on the types and quantities of medicines; prepare the medical documents and reports related to the pharmacy works.
Main Tasks:
Communicate with the medical team and patients; understand the medical diagnosis; choose the right medicine and dose; and find other alternatives, if needed.
Follow-up laboratory tests and their impact on drugs supervise the laboratory tests related to monitoring the drug concentration inside the body.
review the drug prescriptions and preparation before dispensing to the customer; and advise the patient on the administration method and possible side effects
Develop the work methods and procedures; keep up with the developments in the field of clinical pharmacy; and inform the medical team of the modern evidence-based treatment plans.
Prepare the documents and reports related to clinical pharmacy and keep them on their relevant database, as per the regulating policies and procedures; ensure the application of principles and rules of public safety during the conduct of various pharmacy work
