Study and analyze the medical condition; develop a physical therapy plan and program; follow up their implementation; record the therapeutic data; teach the injured and their relatives how to perform the exercises and movements; adjust and regulate the devices used in the treatment; and prepare and keep the documents and reports related to physiotherapy.
Main Tasks:
Study and analyze the physiotherapy program specified by the physiotherapist; determine the steps, procedures, timing and stages of implementation of that program; and monitor the patient's health progress and their response to treatment.
Determine the necessary exercises and orthokinetics; and identify the rates of repetition in coordination with the attending physician; massage the patients to improve the performance of the muscles of the injured body; and train the injured to improve the performance of their muscles.
Train the injured by using weights, ropes and pulley, exercise machines and parallel bars; perform the ground movements to strengthen the muscles of the extremities, back and neck; and training the injured and their families on the exercises to be done at home.
Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the developments in the field of physiotherapy.
Prepare and keep the documents and reports related to physiotherapy in the relevant database, in accordance with the regulating policies and procedures; and ensure the application of public safety principles and rules during conducting various physiotherapy works.
