Receive and evaluate the corporate finance applications; inquire and collect data on the companies wishing to obtain financing; and complete the legal documents to conduct the contracts.
Main Tasks:
Produce the recommendations to be used in making the decisions of corporate financing; and give advice on the financing options, such as stock issuance, repurchases, debt issuance and tax shields.
Sell and market all corporate finance services; conduct the corporate finance analyzes; create the financial models; identify the risks and mitigate their effects.
Record the applications of the companies wishing to obtain funding on the system; evaluate the companies’ wishes, specific budgets and economic capabilities; and provide the appropriate proposals.
Visit the companies which are in delay of premium payment and prepare a report on the reasons of delay.
Provide advanced financial solutions that help the companies continue to expand and grow.
