Carry out all the insurance works and operations related to the activities of the entity; provide the necessary advice and guidance in that regard; ensure the availability of all the necessary documents and papers; and present such documents and papers to the concerned parties in the entity; and prepare, present, clarify and keep the specialized documents and reports related to insurance.
Main Tasks:
Prepare the data about the entity’s property, equipment and facilities as well as their insurance values; and identify the entity’ needs in terms of insurance in preparation for their fulfillment.
Study, analyze and compare the offers of various insurance companies in order to select the most suitable ones; make appropriate recommendations; and follow up their approval.
Carry out the specialized insurance operations, projects and initiatives; and work with actuaries to identify the risks and apply the actuarial models.
Analyze the information and data to determine the need for new insurance products and services; monitor the insurance requirements and trends; and produce the results of analyzes and present them to the immediate supervisor, ensuring the provision of all the analyzes and rationales that support such results.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports on insurance; participate in presenting and clarifying such documents and reports; and work on maintaining them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
