provide all the banking services to the customers with a high level of quality and efficiency in accordance with the standards of service delivery approved by the bank.
Main Tasks:
Communicate the bank's services and offerings to the customers and callers; coordinate the launch of new banking products and services with the relevant departments, such as legal, marketing and compliance; and ensure integration with existing banking systems.
Respond to customers’ questions and queries; provide the customers with advice on banking; and follow up on their requests.
Develop new banking products and services; design the operations; forecast the level of customer demand; and identify the investment needs.
Prepare reports on the received queries and complaints; and identify the frequently asked questions or problems and other trends.
Monitor and supervise the banking systems, such as online banking networks, ATMs and credit card operations; and identify the problems and ensure that they are resolved.
