242105 - Administrative Development Specialist

Study and benefit from the international experiences and practices related to the administrative development; identify the developmental needs in the concerned entity; propose the plans and programs necessary for the development processes; prepare, and present to the concerned parties, the reports and documents related to the administrative development.

Main Tasks:
  • Study the international experiences and practices specialized in the administrative development; study the feasibility and possibility of their application; and produce recommendations and proposals to adopt the best modern methods and practices.
  • Study and analyze the administrative situation; and identify the development needs in the entity.
  • Propose the necessary plans and programs for the institutional development, improvement and excellence.
  • Develop the methods and procedures of the administrative development using modern techniques; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field of administrative development.
  • Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the administrative development; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
