Study and benefit from the international experiences and practices related to the administrative development; identify the developmental needs in the concerned entity; propose the plans and programs necessary for the development processes; prepare, and present to the concerned parties, the reports and documents related to the administrative development.
Main Tasks:
Study the international experiences and practices specialized in the administrative development; study the feasibility and possibility of their application; and produce recommendations and proposals to adopt the best modern methods and practices.
Study and analyze the administrative situation; and identify the development needs in the entity.
Propose the necessary plans and programs for the institutional development, improvement and excellence.
Develop the methods and procedures of the administrative development using modern techniques; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field of administrative development.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the administrative development; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
