Analyze the elements and activities of the project; develop, and follow-up implementation of, the plans and timelines; and develop the cash flow program; analyze the expected risks; review and modify the stages of amendment; and prepare the specialized documents and reports in the field of project management.
Main Tasks:
Analyze the elements and activities of the project including their relevance and arrangement; study the value and size of the project; prepare a timetable; and arrange the procedures.
Prepare the material and human resources necessary for the implementation of the project; and follow-up their provision in a timely manner.
Prepare a cash flow schedule that is proportional to the sequence of activities.
Review and compare the implementation and actual progress against the planned program; prepare the amended and revised programs; and develop the work methods and techniques using modern technologies.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to project management; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
