242110 - Emergency Management Specialist
Identify, analyze and mitigate the risks; determine the likelihood and impact of the risks; help developing the emergency management policies; and prepare the emergency process assessment reports.
Main Tasks:
Supervise the facilities; ensure their readiness for emergencies and risks; and follow up the development of corrective and preventive plans accordingly.
Propose the emergency and risk recovery plans in case of occurrence; and prepare periodic reports on emergency analysis and management.
Organize and manage the resources and responsibilities to deal with all emergency situations and minimize adverse effects.
Develop the work plans and mechanisms related to emergency management; and develop performance indicators for the entity’s activities and initiatives; and contribute to the achievement of the management objectives through supervision and following up on all the operational work with the relevant operational plan.
Prepare a documented manual for the procedures, mechanisms, guidelines and instructions related to emergencies.
