242113 - Aviation Affairs Specialist Ensure the safety and integrity of air navigation systems and their conformity with specifications and standards; participation in preparing the operational plans related to aviation affairs; review and audit the application for licenses to practice air transport services; study the price and tariff structuring; and prepare the documents and reports related to aviation affairs.
Main Tasks:
Study and analyze the areas of safety and security of the aviation and civil airports in order to assure the safety and integration of air navigation systems and their conformity with the local and international specifications and standards, in accordance with the governing policies and procedures.
Provide the appropriate recommendations to the senior management in terms of preparing the operational plans for various aviation affairs as effectively as possible.
Coordinate and implement such operations and initiatives that will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of airports; and review and audit the applications for the issuance of licenses to practice air transport services in accordance with all the adopted regulations and standards.
Study the price and tariff structure; and ensure compliance of all concerned entities with the approved price table and all the terms and conditions specified in air agreements related to air transport services.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to aviation affairs; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
