242118 - Crisis Management Specialist Prepare and develop the plans, procedures and processes that will help in dealing with disasters and crises and reducing the costs arising from them and the time needed for recovery; and prepare the specialized documents and reports in the field of crisis management.
Main Tasks:
Study, analyze and identify all the external and internal crises the entity and its organizational units may face; and prepare reports and recommendations on the results of the analysis.
Audit and assess the level of compliance of the entity and its organizational units with the crisis management systems and procedures, in coordination with the General management of internal audit; and propose ways to address deviations.
Participate in preparing and developing the procedural evidence necessary to deal with the problems of the main activities; and develop the solutions and alternatives; and address the complaints and objections of customers and employees, in coordination with other departments of the customer service sector.
Develop the mechanisms, systems and procedures to ensure the implementation of crisis management plans; coordinate with the general management of internal audit to determine how to assess the level of compliance with and commitment to the procedures; and review the internal audit reports in this regard.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to crisis management; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
