Identify the performance indicators for all relevant sectors; evaluate and document the results related to the performance indicators; participate in preparing the instructions and guidelines related to the implementation of performance management activities; and prepare the specialized documents and reports related to institutional performance.
Main Tasks:
Identify, collect, organize and analyze the source of the necessary information and data; and identify the performance indicators for all relevant sectors.
Participate in preparing the instructions and guidelines related to performance management activities for all the organizational units of the concerned entity.
Provide support to all sectors in the concerned entity to enable them to assess the results related to the performance indicators and document them in the performance plans.
Develop the methods and procedures of work using modern techniques; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field of institutional performance.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the institutional performance; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
