Assist the direct supervisor in setting the key objectives of the department or section; perform and execute a range of different administrative tasks; provide the support to co-workers; ensure the transfer of expertise and knowledge; and prepare the specialized documents and reports of business results.
Main Tasks:
Assist the direct supervisor in setting the key objectives of the department or section; perform and implement a range of different administrative tasks; and work on proposing and implementing the plans, programs and projects that contribute to the achievement of such objectives.
Provide the necessary support to the co-workers with less experience in the branch or administration; and ensure the transfer of expertise and knowledge necessary for their development and the improvement of their performance.
Carry out various administrative and procedural processes as needed to fulfill the needs of the branch or department regarding these processes.
Implement the specialized processes, projects and initiatives; utilize the technical knowledge and expertise to ensure the best outcomes.
Prepare, participate in presenting and clarifying, and maintain on the corresponding database, the specialized documents and reports, as per the approved policies and procedures.
