Develop the criteria used in classifying the governorates and administrative centers; coordinate and implement the processes and initiatives to address the administrative linkage of government agencies within the region; analyze the nomination of governors; prepare the reports and documents related to regions affairs; and present and discuss such reports and documents with the concerned parties.

Main Tasks:
  • Study, analyze and develop the standards used in classifying the governorates and administrative centers, in accordance with the organizing policies and procedures.
  • Review the approved regions affairs plans; and provide the related recommendations and advice.
  • Coordinate and implement the processes and initiatives set to address the determination of the government agencies’ administrative linkage within the region with the aim to achieve the common interest.
  • Analyze the nomination documents of the governors, their deputies and heads of centers; submit and present the results of analyses; and ensure the provision of all analyses and rationales supporting the results.
  • Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to regions affairs; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
