Identify, analyze and investigate the administrative violations; draw the conclusions of investigation; respond to the inquiries related to legal breaches; and prepare the specialized documents and reports related to administrative investigation.
Main Tasks:
Investigate the administrative violations in the entity; study the related issues; express the legal opinion regarding such issues; and propose the legal procedure suitable to the violation nature and based on the relevant laws.
Conduct the studies and analyses of violations in order to determine their causes and consequences; and make the necessary recommendations and proposals to reduce the occurrence of violations in the future.
Record feedback on the entity; keep them in a way that is easy to refer to when needed; apply and comply with the approved policies, procedures and regulations in field of work.
Respond to the questions and queries of the concerned parties; clarify the legal violations; make the necessary recommendations; ensure the availability of all analyses and rationale supporting the results; and develop the work methods and procedures using modern techniques.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the administrative investigation; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
