Plan the general strategy; develop and evaluate the strategic plans; and identify opportunities of expansion.

Main Tasks:

Identify the business process requirements and potential opportunities; and design and develop the strategic plans in collaboration with the senior management.

Participate in and support the strategic initiatives and projects and supervise their implementation.

Plan, develop and implement the evaluations related to strategic initiatives; evaluate their impact in light of specific objectives; analyze the deviations; and recommend the appropriate course of action.

Prepare the reports, executive summaries and insights on strategic topics; and present the recommendations to the senior management.

Keep up with the latest trends in the field; identify the initiatives of continuous improvement for operational processes; and implement these initiatives.
