Collect, study and analyze the experiences and practices related to the preparation of policies; and study the feasibility of their use as well as apply the most appropriate of which; and provide support to the organizational units of the concerned entity; and prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports on the field of policies.
Main Tasks:
Collect, study and analyze the experiences and practices related to the preparation of policies; study the feasibility and possibility of utilizing and applying the most appropriate of which.
Analyze the work environment in the concerned entity as well as the internal and external factors; prepare and present the general framework of work policies to the concerned parties; and prepare the policies in their final form.
Provide support to the organizational units in the concerned entity in preparing its policies.
Develop the methods and procedures of work using modern techniques; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field of polices.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the strategies and policies; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
