Prepare and develop the plans and programs of vocational guidance and counseling; provide the vocational guidance and counseling services for students and researchers looking for training and job opportunities; and prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports in the field of vocational guidance.
Main Tasks:
Identify the characteristics, requirements and abilities required by the professional disciplines of interest and organize them in cards for occupations to be used as a tool in the process of vocational guidance and counseling for individuals and groups.
Plan and implement the vocational guidance and counseling programs for the target groups of students, job seekers and employees; and introduce them to the requirements and possibilities of the career path for each occupation.
Provide the vocational guidance services to assist new entrants in labor market in order to help them adapt to the requirements of the occupation.
Develop the methods and procedures of work using modern techniques; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field of vocational guidance and counseling.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to vocational guidance; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
