242309 - Labor Force Planning Specialist

Collect and categorize the data and statistics related to labor force at the national or regional level or work site (the concerned entity), especially with regard to the size of supply and demand for labor force in different sectors and from the available information sources.

Main Tasks:
  • Review the analytical studies related to human resources needs to determine the quality of manpower and its professional levels and experiences.
  • Review private or government employment policies as well as recruitment policies to ensure the accuracy and speed of matching the required labor force characteristics and the available job opportunities.
  • Prepare plans for matching between the size of the supply of labor force (job seekers) and the size of demand (job offers); and follow up the implementation of these plans; and evaluate the results.
  • Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to ‎labor force planning; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
