Study the specialized experiences and practices in the field of human resources control; and prepare, present and keep the specialized and related documents and reports in the field of human resources control.

Main Tasks:
  • Study the international experiences and practices specialized in the field of human resources control and the possibility of utilization or feasibility of application; study the feasibility and possibility of their application; and produce recommendations and proposals to adopt the best appropriate modern methods and practices.
  • Study and analyze the implemented human resources operations related to carrying out the developed regulations, such as adherence to job requirements when hiring, transfers, promotions, etc.; and evaluate them in coordination with the other human resources departments and concerned organizational units in the entity.
  • Analyze and review human resources processes and ensure compliance with the approved laws, regulations and procedures.
  • Develop the methods and procedures of work using modern techniques; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field of human resources control.
  • Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to ‎the control of human resources; and provide, display, clarify, and maintain on the corresponding database, the appropriate recommendations and solutions, as per the approved policies and procedures.
