Study the specialized experiences and practices in the field of human resources control; and prepare, present and keep the specialized and related documents and reports in the field of human resources control.
Main Tasks:
Study the international experiences and practices specialized in the field of human resources control and the possibility of utilization or feasibility of application; study the feasibility and possibility of their application; and produce recommendations and proposals to adopt the best appropriate modern methods and practices.
Study and analyze the implemented human resources operations related to carrying out the developed regulations, such as adherence to job requirements when hiring, transfers, promotions, etc.; and evaluate them in coordination with the other human resources departments and concerned organizational units in the entity.
Analyze and review human resources processes and ensure compliance with the approved laws, regulations and procedures.
Develop the methods and procedures of work using modern techniques; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field of human resources control.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the control of human resources; and provide, display, clarify, and maintain on the corresponding database, the appropriate recommendations and solutions, as per the approved policies and procedures.
