Conduct the specialized studies and analyzes to develop expatriate labor recruitment plans; identify and apply the laws of occupations restricted to Saudis; analyze the data and information related to recruitment with the aim to identify the problems and challenges; study and make decisions on recruitment applications submitted by government agencies, employers or individuals; and provide applicants with corrective solutions in case of rejection; and prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports related to recruitment.
