242401 - Human Resources Training and Development Specialist

Take part in developing the key objectives, plans and programs related to the human resources development and training; organize the work of the human resources development and training; follow up all the work prepared for the same purpose; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of daily operations, as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • develop and carry out the plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of the accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.
  • Carry out the human resources activities within the facility or business unit; and provide the required services, including training and performance management services.
  • Supervise the implementation of the performance management system in the entity at all stages; direct and manage the process of identifying the training needs of the entity's employees; prepare the annual training plans; and ensure the effectiveness of the training and learning methods and that they are selected in an effective way, in coordination with the managers of organizational units.
  • Identify the needs of the management of human resources development in terms of the financial and human resources and the administrative requirements necessary to implement the various human resources development processes in order to meet the current and future needs of talents.
  • Prepare and present the general reports of training and development achievement to the competent authorities; inform these authorities of various challenges and developments; and seek the advice from them regarding various important future initiatives.
