Study the specialized international experiences and practices related to performance management; develop the key objectives of performance; coordinate the institutional performance evaluation process; collect and analyze the results of institutional performance evaluation; and prepare the specialized documents and reports in the field of performance management.
Main Tasks:
Study the international experiences and practices specialized in the field of performance management and the possibility of utilization or feasibility of their application; study the feasibility and possibility of their application; and produce recommendations and proposals to adopt the best appropriate modern methods and practices.
Develop the key performance objectives in line with the approved policies and procedures to ensure the best possible results.
Coordinate the staff performance appraisal process by providing support to organizational units and responding to their queries on performance appraisal; and ensure that performance appraisal processes are properly implemented within the specified timelines.
Collect and analyze the results of performance appraisal; and prepare and present the related reports to the management for review and approval.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to performance management; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
