Study and analyze the international experiences and practices in the field of job succession management and organization; determine the best job succession in accordance with the followed standards and procedures; analyze and review the information related to leadership development programs; and prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports related to the field of job succession.
Main Tasks:
Study the international experiences and practices specialized in the field of succession management and regulation as well as the possibility of utilization or feasibility of their application; study the feasibility and possibility of their application; and produce recommendations and proposals to adopt the best appropriate modern methods and practices.
Study, analyze and determine the best possible job succession in accordance with the followed standards and procedures; and set the appropriate plans for leadership development.
Analyze and review the information and data related to leadership development programs; identify the problems such programs may face; propose the appropriate organizational solutions; and ensure the provision of all analyses and rationale supporting the results.
Develop the methods and procedures of work using modern techniques; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field of succession.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the employee succession; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
