Study and analyze the specialized international experiences and practices related to the management and organization of career path; conduct the specialized studies and analyzes on the jobs to determine their respective career paths; evaluate and review the effectiveness of followed career paths; and prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports related to the management and organization of career path.
Main Tasks:
Study the international experiences and practices specialized in the field of course-of-employment management and regulation as well as the possibility of utilization or feasibility of their application; study the feasibility and possibility of their application; and produce recommendations and proposals to adopt the best appropriate modern methods and practices.
Study, analyze and determine the appropriate career path for employees in the entity based on the occupational categories they occupy in accordance with the adopted standards and procedures.
Analyze and review the information and data related to adopted career paths to assess their effectiveness, identify the problems they may face, and propose the appropriate organizational solutions; and ensure the provision of all analyses and rationale supporting the results.
Develop the methods and procedures of work using modern techniques; and keep up with the developments and updates in the field of course-of-employment management and regulation.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the course-of-employment management and organization; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
