Review and develop the public relations policy; prepare and implement plans of communication with the targeted sectors; improve the public image of the concerned entity; welcome the delegations and visitors; prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports related to public relations.
Main Tasks:
Study and review the public relations policy of the entity; evaluate its impact; and propose the developments.
Establish and build up channels of communication with customers and internal and external partners in order to enable, improve and enhance the image and reputation of the concerned entity and increase the effectiveness of its operations.
Follow up the preparations necessary for welcoming the official delegations and VIP visitors; secure their needs during the visit period; coordinate with the concerned departments regarding transport schedules; and organize field tours in order to introduce them to the entity.
Continue to build constructive and high-level professional work relationships with external parties, entities, institutions and affiliates; and evaluate their impact.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to public relations; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
