Main Tasks:
Receive the complaints from the competent entities and stakeholders; proceed with investigation; visit the crime scene; determine the investigative track with the help of the security bodies; and investigate, inquire about, study and retain the criminal evidence.
Summon the suspects; hear the defense witnesses; identify the literal and personal proofs; determine and characterize the criminal description of the complaint; and issue an indictment to the defendants.
Follow up the complaint with the competent court; submit the defense and pleading on behalf of the public right before the court; and discuss the defendants and witnesses.
Oversee the institution and pursuing of the public right case in the name of the community; and re-follow up the implementation of the previous administrative provisions and decisions against the convicts in public cases.
Prepare and keep in the relevant database specialized documents and reports related to the prosecution representation, according to the approved policies and procedures.
