Plan, design and conduct economic researches and studies; diagnose the economic situation problems; analyze the causes; and propose alternatives and methods of addressing.
Main Tasks:
Plan the economic researches and studies areas; design the research and study method and tool; and oversee the conducting of such researches and studies.
Collect the data and statistical information related to the economic situation in terms of sources of income, national income volume and economic growth rate; and collect the data related to population growth, price and wage policies, unemployment rates, etc.
Study and analyze the statistical information; diagnose the economic problems and strangulations; and analyze the causes.
Propose the alternative solutions and measures to be used for the improvement of and reviving the economic situation; and participate in developing the economic policy framework.
Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to economy; and produce, present, clarify and keep the appropriate recommendations and solutions on the relevant database, according to the approved policies and procedures.
