Participate in planning, directing and coordinating the strategy and activities of the social security Office; assess families' needs of financial assistance; study and recommend applications of the persons demanding the pensions and social assistance; propose the development of the current policies, processes and procedures; and prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports related to the social security field.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in planning, directing and coordinating the strategy and activities of the Social Security Office, research in issues of families and individuals eligible for the security pensions and support, and participate in development of social security policies and programs and ensure that they are properly implemented.
  • Assess the families’ needs of financial assistance by conducting field researches in conjunction with specialists.
  • Review the applications of the persons demanding pensions and field and social assistance; and make the related comments and recommendations.
  • Research into current policies, processes and procedures; propose improvements that help increasing their efficiency and improve their results, which contribute to overcoming all problems and difficulties.
  • Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to social security; provide the appropriate recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per the approved policies and procedures..
