263602 - Fatawa Research Specialist Study and analyze the emerging issues in preparation to issue the fatawa; suggest the results of research based upon the legitimate evidence and understanding and realization of the event, which is the subject of Fatwa before searching for the jurisprudential ruling; and conduct research to reach out the Fatwa based upon the prestigious jurisprudential references.
Main Tasks:
Conduct the appropriate studies and analyses on the emerging issues in preparation for issuing the appropriate fatawa.
Issue the fartawa that is based upon legitimate evidence; respond to the questions and inquiries of those who seek the Fatwa, particularly related to creed, acts of worship, transactions, personal status, current jurisprudential issues and Islamic manners; and ensure that the seeker of Fatwa fully understands the it.
Understand and realize the aspects of the matter that required a fatwa before seeking the relevant jurisprudential ruling.
Conduct the research to reach out an appropriate Fatwa related to the event based upon the prestigious jurisprudential references; and prepare to be discussed by the Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta.
Permanently take cognizance of the jurisprudential rulings and fatawa issued by the prestigious jurisprudential councils and its documents, particularly those related to the current jurisprudential issues.
