265404 - Theatrical Director Direct and coordinate all the innovative and art aspects of theatric works; supervise scenario writing; select the work team members; and direct the actors, musicians, technicians and other employees in the production stage.
Main Tasks:
Coordinate with the producer for selecting the actors according to the art roles; prepare work plan and program; and train the actors to perform their identified roles.
Conceptualize and convert the scenarios into scenes; work with designers and other technicians for designing locations; show elements and other creative elements.
Direct the actors, technicians and other labors during the acting scenes, rehearse and identify required changes.
Search and study styles of theatrical directing and use external effects and background music
Apply the OSH procedures and instructions.
