Main Tasks:
Study details of periodical maintenance plan for various buildings, identify technical defects, and discuss ways of treatment thereof with the engineer.
Prepare a list of materials required for implementation of various maintenance works, and a list of tools, equipment and workers required for completion of work.
Follow up implementation of periodic and emergency maintenance works, and verify conformity of implemented works with schemes and specifications.
Clarify details of plans for subordinates, follow up business hours of various work teams, and submit reports on completed works.
Measure completed works, calculate and audit quantities thereof, and prepare financial claims in coordination with Quantity Accountant; deliver works to Supervisory Body.
