Maintain or improve quality of forests, parks and other natural areas; manage conservation and protection activities; train workers in forestry and conservation thereof, and educate the public.
Main Tasks:
Manage forests’ conservation activities including fire detection and control, forest cleaning and trees conservation.
Implement reforestation and restoration activities, including forestry operations, site preparation, seeding or tree planting and improvement programs.
Provide forest-related information to the public, and educate the same to protect and conserve forests; train workers in forestry and conservation thereof through activities such as planting, seedlings and conservation of forest or recreation facilities.
Enforce environmental protection regulations and perform patrol to protect natural resources, and prevent damages.
Perform internal audits, and identify problems; set and implement corrective or preventive measures.
