Convert diagnosis and injuries into medical codes.

Review electronic medical records.

Review patient's medical file completely.

Apply systems to analyze stored medical data; provide support and information to functional areas for data analysis.

Review records to ensure data accuracy and completeness; follow up in event of errors or inconsistencies.
