Study the quantity and type of foods and beverages suitable for patients and healthy people, participate in the preparation of nutrition plans; supervise the processing, preparation and serving of materials, meals and beverages; examine the quality and cleanliness of food and drink; prepare and submit work reports

Main Tasks:
  • Conduct the necessary nutritional analysis for patients and healthy people; determine the quantity and type of appropriate foods and beverages, and determine the components of each meal
  • Study and classify medical conditions, determine the nutritional needs of the patient, and determine the diet components for each patient
  • Prepare a nutritional plan, determine a time and periodic program for its implementation, and monitor the food quality and components
  • Supervise the preparation of nutritional materials and ensure the integrity of the materials and compliance with the approved standards and specifications, and inspect the food preservation, refrigeration and storage equipment.
  • Prepare, submit, document and archive work’s reports.
