The (Prices Basket) application is one of the applications provided by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) , that aims to give the user accurate and correct statistical information on the prices of goods and products in the markets in all cities of Saudi Arabia. These information are based on recent and updated statistics from GASTAT. The app also enables the user to compare between the goods' prices all over the Kingdom. In fact, it is expected that this application will help its users to recognize their monthly spending on purchasing these goods according to the quantities they buy, and it also enables them to identify the level of spending and compare it with those with similar incomes, as well as learning about the latest news related to the General Authority for Statistics and the possibility to communicate with it in several ways, in addition to a large package of other features.
