What is the meaning of timeline in Household Health Survey?

Data of the  Household Health Survey form is divided in terms of the timeline to:

  1. The basic data of household members relies on the time of the surveyor's visit to the household
  2. The health status relies on the two weeks prior to the visit.
  3. The child birth and mortality rates are recorded according to the five years prior to the visit.
  4. Accidents and injuries are recorded according to 12 months prior to the visit.
