Parcel Post Clerk

Handle parcels inside post offices, sort and deliver them by vehicles or on foot, and keep record of the transactions;



main-task
  • Prepare and maintain records and reports related to incoming and outgoing packages including all delivery data, specific dates and prices of packages;
  • Accept, sort and distribute incoming postal parcels according to the post office distribution procedures;
  • Collect and record the revenues of parcel collection and delivery, and prepare related reports;
  • Take care of the workspace and equipment in the parcel room;
  • Follow policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
