Parcel Post Clerk
Handle parcels inside post offices, sort and deliver them by vehicles or on foot, and keep record of the transactions;
main-task
- Prepare and maintain records and reports related to incoming and outgoing packages including all delivery data, specific dates and prices of packages;
- Accept, sort and distribute incoming postal parcels according to the post office distribution procedures;
- Collect and record the revenues of parcel collection and delivery, and prepare related reports;
- Take care of the workspace and equipment in the parcel room;
- Follow policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
