حصلت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء على (8) شهادات وفقًا للمعايير الدولية لمُنظّمة الآيزو "ISO" والتي تساهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة من قبل الهيئة وتعزيز قدرتها على تحقيق مستهدفاتها. حيث جاء حصولها على هذه الشهادات تتويجًا لجهودها المبذولة في رفع مستويات الجودة والتميز.
وجاءت الشهادات التي حصلت عليها الهيئة في: نظام إدارة خدمات تقنية المعلومات لتحسين جودة وكفاءة الخدمات التقنية، ونظام إدارة استمرارية الأعمال لضمان استمرار العمليات أثناء الأزمات والطوارئ، وإرشادات إدارة المخاطر المؤسسية لتقييم ومعالجة المخاطر بشكل منهجي، ونظام إدارة الامتثال لتعزيز الحوكمة وضمان الالتزام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية، وإرشادات إدارة المشاريع لتحسين معدلات نجاح المشاريع وقياس الأداء، وإرشادات إدارة المخاطر القانونية لتقييم وضمان الامتثال للمخاطر القانونية، وإرشادات إدارة الكفاءات لتدريب الموظفين بما يتماشى مع أهداف الهيئة، وإرشادات إدارة قواعد السلوك لتحسين رضا العملاء وتعزيز التفاعل معهم.
الجدير بالذكر أن الشهادات التي حصلت عليها الهيئة تُمنح للجهات والمنشآت التي تلتزم بتطبيق مجموعة من المعايير العالمية الشاملة في الأنظمة والسياسات والإجراءات.
