111104 - Member of the Supreme Judicial Council Participate in the development of the general objectives and strategic plans of the judiciary and dispute resolution bodies in accordance with the provisions of the Islamic Sharia; contribute to the evaluation of the performance and work of the courts, judges and notaries; and participate in the development of programs for the appointment, training and promotion of judges and public prosecutors.
Main Tasks:
Participate in the development and preparation of general objectives as well as the development of strategic plans for the judiciary and dispute resolution bodies in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and applicable rules.
Give opinions on the draft laws and regulations related to the judiciary; participate in discussing and shaping them; and submit recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
Participate in the development of various regulations, rules, procedures and laws to ensure the proper functioning of the judiciary and the work of the courts, their fairness and impartiality; ensure the existence of a clear mechanism for complaining against judges in matters relating to their work.
Participate in the evaluation and improvement of the performance and work of courts, judges and notaries; prepare the relevant technical reports and forms in addition to the related recommendations and suggestions.
Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures of the appointment, training and promotion of judges and notaries; and participate in the development of controls for inspection on courts’ works.
