121103 - Tariff Accounting Manager

Participate in the development of the general objectives and plans of tariff accounting management; directly supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing the tariff accounting-related works in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs; follow up all the approved administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in developing the tariff accounting management’s key objectives; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Review and develop the tariff accounting management policies and ensure their implementation; and supervise all the teams, evaluate their performance, and improve their productivity.
  • Provide appropriate recommendations to the general management regarding tariff accounting; clarify the related obstacles and problems and provide the appropriate solutions; and discuss and supervise the implementation of these solutions.
  • Supervise the operations of tariff accounting management; propose the tariff rates for the services and the way of calculating thereof; Identify the needs of the entity in terms of resources and administrative requirements to ensure the smooth flow of operations; and submit them to the direct president in preparation for their implementation.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and reports that clarify the general rates of achievement; present them to senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various important future cases and initiatives.
